Terms of Use & Company Policies
Just Because Aesthetics LLC — Last Updated: June 7, 2026
1. Deposit
To secure an appointment, clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling. The deposit amount will vary depending on the type of service booked. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received in full.
Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule and provide notice in line with our cancellation policy, the deposit may be applied toward another procedure booked within three (3) months of your original appointment date. The deposit may only be transferred to a subsequent procedure once.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients are permitted to cancel or reschedule one appointment without penalty, provided they give twenty-four (24) hours notice.
If you do not show up for your scheduled procedure and/or do not notify us within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable. A new deposit will be required to book any future procedure.
While this policy is enforced to protect our schedule and the availability of services to other clients, we understand that emergencies may arise. The provider retains sole discretion to waive cancellation fees or booking restrictions in extenuating circumstances, but such exceptions must be granted expressly and in writing.
3. Treatment Refund & Dissatisfaction Policy
All services are non-refundable. Just Because Aesthetics does not issue refunds based on general dissatisfaction alone; however, at Company's sole discretion, an adjustment, credit, or limited refund may be offered depending on the circumstances.
If a client experiences an adverse reaction following a treatment, Company will first offer appropriate follow-up care at no additional charge. If the reaction persists and Company determines that the treatment was not tolerated well, a refund may be issued at Company's sole discretion.
All refund or dissatisfaction-related requests must be made in writing and are subject to evaluation on a case-by-case basis. Company reserves the right to deny refunds or complimentary follow-up care if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the request falls outside the scope of this policy.
4. Guests & Children Policy
To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all clients and staff, we kindly request that clients do not bring children to their appointments. Children are not permitted in treatment rooms, and Company is unable to provide supervision or accommodate minors in the waiting area. Please make appropriate childcare arrangements prior to your visit.
Guests accompanying clients must remain in the lobby or waiting area for the duration of the appointment. Only the client receiving treatment will be permitted in the treatment room, unless prior written approval is granted by the provider.
Limited exceptions may be made where a support person is reasonably necessary (e.g., a caregiver, interpreter, or individual providing technical assistance). Any such exception must be disclosed to and approved by the provider in advance.
5. Financing Policy
For select services and at Company's sole discretion, financing may be available through independent third-party financing providers (such as Cherry Financing or other approved vendors). Company is not affiliated with, nor does it control, any third-party financing provider, and makes no representations regarding the terms, interest rates, fees, or approval criteria of such providers.
Clients are solely responsible for applying for financing, confirming their eligibility, and reviewing and agreeing to all applicable terms and conditions directly with the financing provider. Company will not be responsible for any denial of financing, changes to terms, delays in processing, interest, fees, or any adverse credit reporting associated with financing.
6. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your medical and personal information in accordance with all applicable laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). You may be required to sign additional HIPAA disclosures or consent forms when appropriate.
We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to carry out treatment, process payments, or conduct essential healthcare operations.
7. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy
Company may use artificial intelligence tools in connection with its operations, including scheduling, marketing, client communications, and other business functions. These tools are designed to improve efficiency and enhance the services we provide.
Although Company will take reasonable steps to safeguard your information, the use of AI may involve risks outside of Company's direct control. By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Company is not responsible for any damages, losses, or unauthorized disclosures that may arise from the use of AI in its operations.
8. Pre- & Post-Treatment Care Policy
To help ensure the safety and effectiveness of your treatment, you are required to follow all pre- and post-procedure instructions provided by your provider. Failure to comply with recommended care instructions may lead to suboptimal outcomes, complications, or the need for additional corrective treatment.
Company and its providers are not responsible for any adverse effects, lack of results, or complications that arise from your failure to disclose complete and accurate health information, follow prescribed pre- or post-treatment protocols, or attend required follow-up appointments.
9. Medical Eligibility & Disclosure Policy
Clients must provide complete and accurate health history, including all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and prior procedures, as part of their intake and consultation. Clients agree to promptly disclose any changes to their health status throughout the course of treatment.
Company reserves the right to postpone, modify, or decline treatment if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a treatment is medically inappropriate, contraindicated, or unsafe. Failure to provide accurate or complete information releases Company and its providers from liability for any adverse outcomes.
10. Results & No Guarantee
While our treatments are designed to promote wellness and aesthetic improvement, outcomes vary by individual. Company makes no guarantee, warranty, or promise of specific results from any procedure, including but not limited to weight loss, hormone balance, tissue regeneration, or cosmetic improvements.
By receiving services, clients acknowledge that results depend on multiple factors outside of Company's control, including lifestyle, compliance with care instructions, genetics, and overall health.
11. Controlled Substances & Prescription Policy
Certain services may involve prescription medications, including but not limited to hormone replacement therapy, peptides, or other regulated substances. Clients agree to use all medications only as prescribed, to store them safely, and never to share or distribute them to others.
Company may modify, suspend, or terminate prescriptions at its discretion if non-compliance, misuse, or adverse findings are identified.
12. Provider Recommendations & Third-Party Vendors
From time to time, Provider may recommend certain over-the-counter or specialty products to complement a treatment plan, including supplements or skin care products. All such products are manufactured and warrantied by independent third parties. Provider does not manufacture, compound, test, or control these products and does not guarantee their safety, quality, or efficacy.
Client is solely responsible for all costs, taxes, and shipping related to purchases of any provider-recommended products. Vendor return/refund policies govern any returns or exchanges.
Before purchasing or taking any recommended product, clients agree to disclose all current medications and medical conditions, review the product's label and warnings, use the product only as directed, and immediately discontinue use and contact Provider if any adverse reaction occurs.
13. Skin Care Product Refund Policy
All sales of skin care products are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued based on personal preference. Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases where a client experiences a documented allergic or adverse reaction to a product.
To request a refund or replacement, clients must notify Company in writing within fourteen (14) days of purchase. All decisions regarding product-related refunds are made at Company's sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
14. Telehealth Consent & Technology Policy
In the event of a telehealth visit, clients are responsible for ensuring access to a secure internet connection, functioning equipment, and a private environment suitable for confidential telehealth sessions.
Company is not responsible for service interruptions, dropped calls, delays, or technical issues caused by a client's equipment or connectivity. If confidentiality or safety cannot be maintained during a telehealth session, the provider may suspend or reschedule the visit.
15. Termination of Treatment
Company reserves the right to suspend, postpone, or terminate the client-provider relationship at any time if the client fails to comply with Company policies or medical instructions, engages in abusive or threatening behavior, misuses medications, or if continuation of treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
If services are terminated due to client conduct, no refunds will be issued for deposits, booking fees, or services already rendered.
16. Zero Tolerance Policy
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our clients and staff. Any form of harassment, abusive language or behavior, intimidation, or violence will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Company reserves the right to refuse service and/or require any individual to leave the premises immediately if this policy is violated. Continued or serious violations may result in a permanent ban from receiving services at Just Because Aesthetics.
